Christy Aquino, Mental Health Therapist, Captive Health

Christy has been a licensed mental health therapist since 2013.  She holds two master’s degrees in both early childhood education and social work from Northern Arizona University and the University of Northern Iowa respectively.  Christy has a wealth of experience in addressing & supporting the full spectrum of outpatient talk therapy topics, whether it be coping with trauma, a strain in a relationship, or feeling anxious at the worst possible times. Christy’s goal as a therapist is to create a comfortable environment for you to identify and express your thoughts and feelings.
